I would like to support SIGHI with my membership fee and apply for membership for 36 CHF (or 24 CHF half-yearly fee if applying between July 1 and November 30). The one-off set-up fee of CHF 12 is already included in this total price.

Membership ends on December 31 of this year (or next year if applying in December). No automatic renewal, therefore no cancellation required.
